Great diabetic food

My cat has been diabetic for just over a year now. After lots of stress and research around food I ordered this. She has now settled on 1 and a half trays of this and 1 pouch of Meowing Heads chicken every day. Definately her diet has helped with keeping her pretty stable throughout. No dry food no treats unless freeze dried . Smilla diabetic is extremely well priced also so I am lucky she eats it with no fuss. Occasionally it will have some chunky bits of offal in..I just pick these out .

My cat loves smilla diabetic food.

My diabetic cat loves this food. A lot better than the one she had before. Got to add medication in it and it gets hidden easily 😁.

Tiny is loving this

Recently diagnosed as diabetic, I had trouble finding a food Tiny liked - I ordered 4 different brands of specialty food - Smilla was the only one she would eat - clears the bowl! I've just ordered some more.

Approval by my Tikky

Tikky has been diagnosed with diabetes las week. After Google every where I found Smilla brand, which I know this brand very well. I took the food to the vet. She said…”this food is not the best one but is good enough for Tikky …” She was impressed about the price and the ingredients. But the more importantly is Tikky love it.

My cat Molly

She sees, me go to the cupboard and gets all excited and sits waiting where her dish goes. She licks the bowl clear

Loves it

Thomas loves his new food as recently diagnosed diabetic. He starts his senvelgo next week so hoping for a good improvement.

My fussy cat loves it

My diabetic cat loves the beef Smilla (diabetes) and eats every scrap, despite being fussy with other diabetic (and previously non-diabetic) food

Hallelujah a second variety she will eat

I feed both my cats diabetic food as the older one is now in remission. He is less picky than the young lady who adopted us and is downright picky despite having been a stray. She will eat salmon integra but now devours this too. The high amount of valves and chunky bits of unnamed 'beef' (though they do tend to eat most of it) lead to the loss of the 5th stsr

Cat likes it....

Looking for diabetic food, tried this one, cat likes it so far, am supplementing the diabetic foods with treats of chicken and sardines to increase protein. Seems to be working as blood sugars coming down

Beef terrine

My favourite is the one he prefers over beef, the appearance is decent.

My cat likes it ;o)

We’re still in the transition period, but my cat seems to like Smilla just as much as his old food. The wet food is rich in meat (not full of jelly).

Pleasant scent and low NFE

My cat absolutely loves this food, even though she’s usually a fan of gravy. It’s easy to portion out and has a pleasant meaty smell, which is great because my cat often turns her nose up at food with a strong odour. The low NFE value of around 3.5 is an extra bonus.
