My kitten enjoyed watching me build this from scratch (easier than IKEA, not to worry), which didn't take too long despite the impressive number of screws. Very happy with the result but even more impressed and happy with my kitten's reaction: he loves it! I just don't know how I feel about that scratching post in the bottom cube. I just don't think he'll use it at all given the height and location...still a good purchase though!
