Too hard to assemble
I didn't realise this product doesn't come fully assembled. It's incredibly tricky to assemble, doesn't come with written instructions and, even if I could get the door to attach properly (which I can't) it would be too difficult to open and close easily when trying to get my cat into the carrier. Really poor product and poor product info from ZooPlus.

Broken after less than a year
Was suitable for when my cat was a kitten but broke due to being unsuitable for 8 month Tom!

Good value
Very straight forward to put together, very nice looking box. Suits my kitten fine but might be a bit flimsy for a fully grown tom.

TRIXIE Pet Carrier
I think the assembly instructions could have been slightly clearer. It took me one hour to fix the door hinge screws. The carrier did look smart once I managed to work out the door. I will use it for the first time next week when I visit the vet with my tiny kitten.
