Fundamentally flawed as if you have a strong cat, or for that matter, a strong 'visiting' animal wanting to get in or out, the locking system can break. Mine has. I have just found one with a slide that can be inserted that looks to overcome this. Right now I have to do some work to find the next cat flap!

Bought a different brand from somewhere else but it was really flimsy so returned it and I am really glad I did as it was really inferior to this one. Made of sturdy plastic easy instructions and fit beautifully. Good locking system and magnetic flap. Really pleased with my purchase and would fully recommend buying from zooplus. My cat has been using this flap for over 6 years now (and uses it a lot during the day) and I'm really happy with it! No breakage or signs of wear.

Bought for a medium size dog- very happy with product. My only comment to prospective buyers who want to fit this flap to an external door is that this flap is not rain proof. The product has no sealing capability with regards to water and water seaps readily through the flap. A small amount of bathroom sealant sorts that issue out to make this flap a reasonable purchase.

I've had this over 12months now and i am very pleased with this. You can lock it four ways which is good. My dog makes a rackitt coming in and out and seems to run through it as though she's afraid, but still uses it. She even knocks on the thing with her nose tapping the flap open and shut and i have to tell her to stop knocking! The cat, well she isn't used to the plastic wind proofing around the inside and so when she tries to stand on it to climb through, she pulls it towards her swinging it and then has to reach over to get out. it's funny to watch when i have locked it! It is quite large and could probably fit a small child through it so i just take the key out of the door when i lock up and also lock the flap. my dog is a border collie, (a slim one) and its a good size for her. i would reccomend this to anyone.

We installed this flap into our balcony door (bottom half plastic, top half glass). The flap is really stable and big enough for 2 Maine Coon toms. The magnets work great, and my cats are happy to be able to get onto the balcony when they want. The flap looks great too.

My two cats and two small dogs (Dachshund and Terrier cross) all use this flap and get through it with no problems. It was also very easy to install into a plastic door.

Elegant design, great quality flap, without any daft electronic bits and bobs. Big enough for two cats. Easy to assemble. We used it without the magnets for a bit so the cats could get used to the flap, and it was really easy.

my mistake, didn't measure size of opening, ordered just cause information stated it's large cat flap (just received it and on box it cleary states: DOG FLAP. i wasnt looking for dog flap for sure.). come on, how large is large cat? everyone is saying i have large cat, but not THAT large. haven't fited it yet, cause considering exchanging (even i wasn't looking for aditional expenses at all). very dissapointed cause of misinformation. :(( probably flap is good, but it's not a cat flap. :(( so shame, that my rating brings average rating down, it's just for misinformation.

This flap was just what we needed for our large cat! The product was of excellent quality and was aesthetically pleasing on the eye in our new conservatory door.

It was difficult to chose the right clap, I wanted it to combine quality and nice design, after all I was going to make a hole in my door for it! The Swing Tunnel is exactly what I was looking for. My cat needed some time to adjust and stop being afraid of the magnetic closure snap but with rewards and attention, my cat is now happy to have her own door!
