Made no difference

Just started using this brand as an alterative to the best known brand. The refills are VERY difficult to open as you have to press down hard on the outside lid to then try and turn it to open it (a child proofing feature?). You have to use a lot of pressure to press down and turn at the same time and the lid cuts into your hands. If you have any hand problems you would struggle to open the refills. The instructions do not state the push down & turn opening method. Very poor.

We bought 3 different types of plug ins as we were getting desperate. We started with the yellow branded one that stank, but actually worked. We only realised this when it ran out and the behaviour worsened again. This was the one we whacked in straight after, behaviour calmed again, this time without the honking smell. I'm not saying these are a miracle worker but they definitely make our household happier. Our issues were: scratching carpets, scratching at doors, dominance issues.
