FELIWAY Classic is a great solution to help your cat feel comfortable at home & reduce signs of stress. It is an easy-to-use, plug-in diffuser designed to be left on at all times, where your cat spends most of their time.
When cats are stressed or unsure they often become frightened or aggressive. Feliway® Diffusers help your cat to feel secure and happy, even in different surroundings or changed situations. When a cat feels safe in its environment, it will deposit pheromone (scent) marks on furniture or other prominent objects. These marks convey a message of well-being and a feeling of safety. Feliway® Classic mimics the cat’s natural facial pheromones to create a state of familiarity and security in the cat's local environment. As soon as you plug the diffuser into a socket in the room and it starts to distribute pheromones into the air. The vial will last for about 4 weeks in an area 70 m² (approx a 3 bed home).

- To calm your cat if it is showing symptoms of stress
- To reduce stress when there is disruption to your cat’s environment
FELIWAY Classic at a glance:
- Contains synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromone F3
- Also available as a 20ml and 60ml spray, ideal for travelling or trips to the vets
- Ideally start to use Feliway® about 1 week prior to any event which may stress your cat. Continue to use it for at least 4 weeks after the event
- Suitable for long-term use
- Reduces stress and creates a feeling of safety and well-being
- Use as a preventative measure - when moving home for example.
- Ideal as a preventative measure against spray and scratch marking
- Helps to calm cats which are noise sensitive or stressed
- Humans and other animal species do not detect FELIWAY Classic
The Feliway® Diffuser is easy to use:
- Remove the vial cap and screw the diffuser onto the vial and gently tighten.
- Plug the diffuser with vial into a socket in the room where your cat is marking or where it likes to be.
- Make sure when plugging the Feliway® diffuser in, that the vial is beneath the diffuser
Important: Please make sure that the diffuser is not covered by furniture or curtains, as this can run the risk of building up blockages, which may prevent the pheromones from dispersing in the room properly.
Once plugged in the diffuser immediately starts to distribute the pheromones into the circulating air.
Leave the Feliway® diffuser plugged in for at least 4 weeks
A 48ml vial will last about 4 weeks in an area approx. 70 m² (approx a 3 bed home)
If you cat continues or starts to mark while the FELIWAY Classic diffuser is plugged in, please do not punish or tell your cat off. This will only stress your pet out even more.
If your cat persistently marks you can reinforce the effect of the FELIWAY Classic diffuser with the FELIWAY Classic spray.

Doesn't work
My cat has been sprayed from stress he still spraying after using feliway for over week, I do not recommend, waste of money

Waste of money
Save your money, definitely didn’t work for my cats.
Was recommended by my vets.

Beware! Not for all cats.
We plugged in three around the house a week before Bonfire Night. Poor Teddy went nuts. He prowled nonstop, poking his head into everything, climbing furniture and searching, searching. He was so anxious and desperate we were going to take him to the vets. Turned out he was looking for another cat as the smell is cat pheromones. We felt awful as he had no rest for days until we realised how the Feliway was affecting him. Binned the diffusers and he was back to our loving boy. Our poor baby.

Changed our lives!
Our cat Lou Lou was peeing on everything since we got our dog in 2016. Beds, sofas, rugs. It was causing us so much anxiety and giving her UTIs. We got Feliway optimum and from that day she stopped peeing in the house. It has changed our lives.
When the diffuser runs out she starts peeing again so we know it works.

Caused bad behaviour in my cats immediately
Omg AWFUL DON'T BUY.. I bought as a xmas treat to make everything extra homely for the cats. Since I plugged it in day1 even though I'd just put fresh litter in the tray i woke in the night to find he had cr@pped on the floor and pissed in another room. And it's getting worse the longer its in. Also hissing at my other cat now. And my girl cats acting crazy constantly moaning unhappy at me. I've unplugged it & hope it won't have caused lasting behaviour problems

Absolutely amazing stuff
My friend was having a baby and worried about her feral cat. I was scared to visit. All I can say is that it’s worked absolute wonders . A completely different cat . I stoked a cat that usually goes for you .

Complete waste of money
We got one after our older cat became aggressive towards our new kitten. The diffuser made no difference at all, if anything our older cat became more aggressive. It clearly does not work for all cats.

Cat back to normal!

Works but no, thx
Got it for introducing a kitty in the house. My older cat was vrey calm, the littlo one so and so...but I was completly drowsy and felt really ill. I went in another room, to fresh air, all good, back to normal. Went back in the area with feliway, back to being drowsy. Too bad, worked fine with the cats, but I cannot stand it :(

Fantastic
Within an hour of plugging in I have a completely different cat, this is just fantastic. Only down side is user error, I wish I’d bought it sooner. My 10 year old cat has had a change in living accommodation and has been licking continually for the last couple of months. She hasn’t licked now for three hours. Just amazing

Doubt it works
Personally, each time I use it, it makes ME drowsy and lethargic and I can feel it affecting my chest. Made not the slightest difference to my two cats. After turning it off, within a day I feel better and back to my normal self very strange.

Could not use as the little stick was broken so it did not touch the part of the diffuser.

Feliway causing aggression
I tried feliway for my cat due to one episode of inappropriate urination. Within 6 hours my cat became aggressive towards me and bit me, while I was near the diffuser. This was totally out of character. I removed the feliway and thankfully my lovely cat settled back to normal within 12 hours or so. The inappropriate urination was only one off. I believe my tomboy got territorial aggression due to sensing different cat pheromones in the house.

Really works
I have a 1 year old cat plus a 10 week old kitten. My kitten decided to start peeing on my bed this went on for a week I took him to the vet and they suggested the feliway diffuser. I took it home plugged it in within three days the kittens peeing stopped but then noticed my one-year-old was peeing on the bed in the spots that the kitten and it so I bought the feliway spray to spray on top of my covers it has now been over a week and they’re both doing wonderful there has been no accidents

Some Cats Are Immune?!
This seems to affect one of our cats greatly, but has no effect on the other! Our timid girl is much more “chilled” since using the plug in. We are having a lot of building work done; lots of noise and different people coming and going. Before using Feliway, our girl cat hid and would not come out. Now she doesn’t hide and was lying on the bed with her tummy exposed whilst a lot of hammering was going on! She goes crazy for catnip, whereas our other cat is unaffected by Feliway or catnip .
