This smell like off cheese or sweaty socks, had to throw it away. All visitors what's that smell, total waste of money

I used this when my dog lost her companion, she was really grieving. This product really helped with her crying and pacing at night, she was looking for her friend. it so helped calm her and she was more able to settle.

this product has really really made a difference. Love it

It contains valerian so naturally there is a s smell but not overpowering to me. Cats like it they sit in front of it .they also love valerian drops. They are calmer and friendlier with the diffuser. I am plea sed with the product but it is not a cure all. I have to do other things to manage six cats living together as well

I have used it move house, introduce a puppy to the previous cat only house and then have the pup spayed. Very useful and I actually quite like the scent!

The smell is terrible! When my cat first came in the house after I'd plugged it in he went mental! Cry cry crying! Yowling his little heart out! Then he jumped on and off the wardrobes running round madly! Finally he settled! He's still peeing up the cupboards and it's made no improvement to his behaviour! I've got 60 days of this smell to cope with and I bought a refill! The smell is really obnoxious! Very very unhappy with this product!

Stinks out the house!! No real difference made.

I bought the kit, wipes, diffuser and spray, to try and keep our 2 Maine Coons more settled on a 3 hour journey and mover to a new home, and it was a better deal than that other known brand. It works, n question, one of our 2 is very stressy with things like this, and she was totally zoned out when we got to the new place. Since having the diffuser plugged in, our other cat, who has been a pain for clawing furniture, has stopped doing so overnight, The only downpoint is the smell, but it fades.

Cats did not respond to these whatsoever. Saw no improvement and the only difference it made was that it made my home smell of sick.

My cat seems much calmer now we've got this. He is less vocal and anxious when we have to leave him. Minus 1 star because it smells a bit bad at first, but I will likely buy it again!

We bought these to help calm down our cats who had fallen out. They have helped to chill them out, they aren't friendly yet but this is a start. However, there is no way they will last for the 8 weeks stated. I have had them permanently switched on as recommended and after 2 weeks they are nearly empty.

Was sceptical as to effect this would have but was looking for something to calm my cat down. Having been run over twice he is a reluctant house cat but is also very nervous of sudden movements or loud noises I noticed an immediate change in him in less than 24 hours he is like a different cat. There is a slight smell with this but not as over powering as some people make out

I was absolutely DREADING firework night!! I plugged this in about 3 days before and it worked a treat! Last year I genuinely thought my dog was going to die of a heart attack but this year there was a huge noticeable difference! She was much calmer and relaxed. Don’t get me wrong, she was still scared but instead of panting, trembling and being inconsolable, she just laid under the coffee table and hid. With this diffuser, plus a small space to hide & loud music, she was 10 times better!

I couldn’t tell you if they work as I’m loathed to keep them switched on at the plug as they stink. After plugging 2 of these in around my house I smelt what I could only describe as dirty socks in my living room. It took me an hour or 2 to realise what it was and as soon as I switched the socket off the smell went. I tried again with the plug in my hall and within hours that smell came again. It’s really not nice. I have 5 cats and 2 of them really don’t get on, but I can’t use these!

As an all breed dog rescue, also rescuing other animals have found this to be the best there is! We provide this to fosters/kennels for our dogs and have found it works! Our dogs are reactive, sick, abused, depressed and had awful lives before rescue some still struggling but a wee crutch to help them is a god send!

This is the best calming diffuser ever! It is most effective on the market (tried a few)and my cat who is highly strung has significantly calmed down since. He looks quite chilled out! Note: there is a slight smell when using the diffuser but not offensive
