Very good clumping litter
This is very good at forming a solid clump. I have the litter about 5-7cms deep in the very large litter trays I use for our 10 month kittens. Solid firm lumps of litter that are very easy to scoop out. Minimal litter waste. Kittens like using the litter. Great price too for the quality. Win win.

Best Litter
I have tries lots of litters, this is the best Sanicat litter by far. Have tried others but always go back to this.

Gluey clumps stick to the bottom of tray
I like the smell of this litter, and the cats liked it too. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it forms glue like clamps which stick to the bottom of the tray and when you lift them up with the scoop they do break into smaller pieces. You have to scrape hard to get the litter glue clump off the tray and it sticks to the scoop as well. For this reason I would not buy it again.

Sanicat Rose D'oriente Clumping Litter
Hurrah, it has taken a while and a lot of trails with other litters, I have found a litter that does not trail everywhere and the cats like it, it clumps brilliantly, so easy removal, and covers smells. This is my and my two cats favourite. The smaller grains are better than the slightly larger grains, would recommend.

at least it smells nice....
I've bought few types of litter to try and this one is definitely not my favourite but it's not the worst. it smells very nice, hold the smell very well, but that's all that is good. the clumps are sticking to the bottom of the tray in form of glue-like clay clumps. it's a nightmare to scrape it of the tray and when you lift the clumps up, they crush into small pieces that fall back into the litter. also it sticks easily to the cats paws and they carry it around. I won't buy it again

Poor performance
I suppose it really depends on the type pf cat you have. With my female I have no problems but my diabetic male tracks it literally everywhere, it gets stuck on his paws and it forms large, sticky clumps which were really hard to move without upsetting the rest of it, got stuck to my litter shovel too. Only positive were no smells and it's light.
