New Formula? Cats Refuse to Eat Them
Really disappointed with these treats. My three cats used to love them, but the batch I ordered at the start of March is completely different. They look different, seem much harder, and none of my cats will eat them—they just sniff and walk away.I even opened a second pack in case the first was faulty, but it’s the same problem. Now I’m stuck with expensive treats that will go in the bin. Total waste of money, and no clear way to complain or get a refund for unopened pack. Won't be buying again.

Chicken (3 x 200g)
Disgusting
My cat used to love this but now she won’t touch it, I gave a tin to my daughter for stray cats near her and they won’t touch it either, it’s brown and smells disgusting I have never seen brown chicken breast it’s usually white, I now have 5 tins of this rubbish and am going to try and send it back.

Chicken (3 x 200g)
Disgusting
My cat was mad on this but since they changed the formula my cat won’t even look at it she tries to bury it, I now have 5 spare tins even the stray cats won’t touch it 🤬

Chicken (3 x 200g)
What have they done!!! Won't be buying these again!!
I knew it! When I saw a change of packaging, I knew they'd have mucked with the product, too. My fur ball loved these and would only eat his meals if I crushed some in his bowls. Now he actually recoils from them and won't eat his food.
As someone said, they've gone the same way as Thrive did and the chicken pieces are a greyish yellow and hard as rocks instead of soft and crumbly and obviously tasty and delicious. My lovely lad won't even go near them. Expensive, too. We're both so sad.

Chicken (3 x 200g)
Poor product
Have tried several tubs and our cat after years of eating this as soon as it appeared won't touch it - wish I checked reviews before I'd bought this.
Not a great advert for Zooplus

Chicken (3 x 200g)
Disaster
My 5 cats used to love these but the quality has deteriorated and I’ve switched brands
They used to be white and soft, they are now yellow and dry. My cats have voted and now none of them will eat these
Cosma may have saved a few pence per box on chicken quality but they’ve cost themselves a fortune from disappointed cat owners

What have you done to the chicken treats?
As the title says. What have you done to these? Yes, there used to be a lot of dust, and they fell apart. You have changed the packaging, not a bad thing, but now the treats are much more solid; they don't break up, there is no dust, not sure how you did it, but the change has changed them completely. Our cats that loved them now will not touch them.

My cat used to love these
I must have the only cat in the world that will not eat meat of any kind, I was getting worried about him losing weight. And then I found the cosma snackies, he will (or would) only eat the chicken, he loved them, but the last 9 tins (I buy subscribe and save) have been greying, sometimes brown and they smell awful. My cat won't attempt to eat them. It has been 4 days since the old batch ran out and the new one came, he is starving but will not eat them. If you don't do something soon he'll die

Disaster!
I’ve been buying these happily for several years for my 5 cats. They used to be a favourite of them all. Now Cosma have done the same as Thrive did last year and changed the recipe. The treats are no longer soft and white. They are yellow and dry and quite simply, ALL of my cats refuse to eat them
Proof of this, the tubs are now much taller but still weigh 200g. Recipe must have changed
As soon as other cat owners realise this sales will plummet and I now have 5 boxes that I can’t use.

Cats used to love them, now they refuse them
£60 thrown down the drain, so annoying. Normally these used to be large sized, fluffy white pieces of freeze dried chicken. Cats loved them! Then recently something has happened and they're hard, small and grey treats that are crumbly, and much of the can is powdery mess. The cats won't eat these greyish and hard ones, and given they're over 20 quid a can we buy them in bulk (the 3 pack for £60) to save a bit. Well it's very painful to have lost that money, as all 3 cans are these bad ones.

Too many small bits
The chicken used to be very good but now the pack is mostly small bits which aren't easy to feed as treats, if these are XXL the standard size must be powder. Also more hard bits and lower quality with a price increase. Going to try the other brand despite that getting recent poor reviews.

Very good snacks
My cats love these snacks. I've never given tablets so easily before. I just crumbled a piece and coated the tablet with it. First a cube, then the tablet, then another cube.
No one noticed anything 😄
However, I have to agree with the other reviewers – some tins contain an excessive amount of powder. But the end justifies the means.

Shockingly Expensive!
My cats love the chicken which I’ve been
buying for years despite variations in quality. But the price has repeatedly increased to an silly level. Caviar might be cheaper!

Cost
We bought 3 tubs with the special offer in October for £30. 2 months later they are £60 with a special offer, so the price doubled in 2 months, rip people off much?

Quality has deteriorated
These are now insanely expensive and the quality is shocking. The salmon tubs are 50% dust which my cats don't enjoy.

Used to be great... now ignored
Mixture of hard, dry or clearly distasteful to our two.
They used to bite my hand off for the chicken ones - as much a useful thing for summoning them as anything else!

Quality of these has consistantly got worse, have been buying these for years, now the quality is terrible at £106 per kg etc, like someone else says 2/3x price of fillet steak, somebody is taking pet owners for a joke, ridiculous, such a shame my cat LOVES these, or he used to. Get your Quality control sorted out, COSMA

Unpredictable
I love using Zooplus, delivery is excellent. BUT These were my reason for coming to zooplus
I used to be so happy with the multipack special offers.. and I and my 4 cats super excited when the box arrived.
They were so good every time. But after a few big disappointments of either too hard or crumbled products, I am nervous when they arrive, And only buy singly now 😔

Hmm! Delicious!
What initially doesn’t smell appealing – whether it’s food or medication – can always be made tasty. The Snackies XXL can be wonderfully crumbled and sprinkled over any food. Plus, they’re delicious and healthy treats. Our cats have been enjoying them for about 10 years now.

Great for my XL Maine Coons!
I have 2 fussy Maine Coon cats - she loves chicken flavours and will usually tolerate fish; he loves fish flavours but won't touch chicken. The Cosma XXL has been a godsend for treat time. They both love the white fish then salmon and tuna.
Each day they nudge me for our afternoon tea break, when they get 5 treats each as a catching game. However, recently the salmon chicken and tuna treats are crumbling in the tubes but the white fish is generally intact
