Cheap wood frame
Wood easily snaps and can't buy replacement for scrather

Impossible to get replacement card
The cat nip is very strong.. Sturdy wood.. Balls don't spin all away around.

Not fit for purpose
The item either arrived damaged or it cracked within 24 hours. I don't remember seeing any damage when I unwrapped it but in the morning the top of the frame had a buckle/crack in the top of it.
The Zooplus team were very good though and refunded my payment.
