Whether in the house, in the car or in the litter box: The Vetbed® Original dog blanket is the ideal carpet pad in all situations! The blanket is machine washable up to 90°C for disinfection purposes and dries quickly thanks to the special material. This makes the blanket particularly hygienic and hypoallergenic. It is ideal for raising puppies or for dogs with hypersensitivities
The Vetbed® Original not only offers the highest standard of hygiene, but also gives your four-legged friend a feeling of security and well-being thanks to its softness. Nevertheless, it is extremely hard-wearing and durable.
The blanket can be cut to any size and is breathable and water-repellent. These properties also make it an excellent carpet pad for very hard surfaces such as concrete floors.

Care instructions: Normally wash the Vetbed® Original dog blanket, gray at 40°C. For disinfection purposes, the item is machine washable up to 90°C. In high-pressure sterilizers, we recommend min. 3 minutes and max. 5 minutes at 135°C. To avoid damaging the fabric, disinfectant washes should only be carried out if absolutely necessary.
The texture of the surface changes after washing, but this has no influence on the effectiveness of the product.
Please do not use fabric softener or a dryer!
We recommend using the wash bag XL for cleaning:
When cleaning pet textiles and accessories, the wash bag XL proves to be a practical helper. It prevents pet hair from getting into the washing machine and min. the risk of damage from hard elements such as buckles and zippers. Pet hair does not stick to the inside of the wash bag and can simply be shaken out after the wash cycle.

Amazing!!
This is original Vetbed by Petlife (another review said it wasn't) and was an amazing price! We have a puppy arriving soon, so I was very pleased to get 2 rolls of Vetbed for such a low price, much better than anywhere else. Very happy with my purchase and fast delivery too. Will definitely shop here again.

Overpriced
Loses the fabric after 1 month of use I find grey fluff on my black dog despite never catching him pulling on it so I think it is just badly attached and it clings on to his coat. It is also very flimsy luckily i have a bed under it so thats not an issue. It is soft material

Does the job
Its perfect if you want your small pets to have a cosy place to live in instead of other bedding people usually use. I always put puppy training pads under the mat and it does the job as urine just goes through.

Absolutely amazing!
My huge, young and very naughty labradoodle pup has eaten/destroyed five different types (and prices) of dog bed. I was lost about how to keep him comfortable without introducing yet another padded-type bed. Decided to give this blanket a try. It's soft and thick - a bit like a shag-pile carpet. He loves it! No digging, no biting, no chewing and he settles quite happily to rest and sleep on it. So impressed I bought a second one so that there's one available while the other is in the wash.

Great product
Purchased for my dog's crate and it hasn't encouraged shredding like sewn beds. So cushy I could sleep on it.

Ripped about in over night
My cocker spaniel shredded this in 6 hours, I have some original vetbed that I have had over 25 years and this is rubbish compared to that , I would buy again for cats , but not for dogs , such a shame.

Best buy for a puppy
With a new puppy, a safe, warm bed in her cage is essential. I bought the large size and cut it in half, then folded in half. She is just under ten weeks old and does still have accidents. Despite lots of newspapers and puppy pads, the vet bed does suffer. It is easy to wash and is almost dry enough to put right back in, but I always air it on the line for a couple of hours. She loves it and snuggles into it several times a day.

Original and Best
My dog eats most beds and only Vetbed gives some resistance. I have tried the cheaper alternatives from eBay but only Vetbed Original stays the course and can be washed at very high temperatures. The Zooplus price was the best I could find and delivery was very quick, as usual, and packaging excellent.

Perfect!
We have two Bengal cats who feel the cold! This vetbed is the absolute best. It's so soft and snugly they love it. Also it washes and tumble dries perfectly. I've now lined their igloo with it! Definite five star from me (and Zymba & Chymba!)
