awful smell
a follow on to my review on this bed. After the bed was almost ripped to shreds by our (medium sized) dog I put it out to be collected by the bin men, I had just missed them by a day, so it was outside ofr the best part of 2 weeks as i would not have the smell in the house, was almost like epoxy contact adhesive. After being in al the rain and the wind we had it was still smelling, not as bad but the smell was still quite strong.

awful smell
when I unpacked the bed there was an awful smell, plastic or gluey. Thought nothing of it as I realise that this sort of smell will wear off once opened and aired. 4 hours later, My daughter and her dog arrived home, the dog took ages to go anywhere near it then when she did she ripped into the corner, I repaired the damage, but within an hour she had ripped the bed apart again, on 4 corners. Have bought another bed locally that has no smell and she is happier with it.

love the beds
we bought two of these beds very good nice strong,and warm with the sides on...we put a blanket on on cold nights dogs love them

Almost too cosy ;-)
My dog now hates the sofa and prefers this bed. He cuddles up in it so well and loves the thickly padded sides for resting his head. I feel like he sleeps better now. A great investment!

Very pleasant material
Beautifully padded: a comfortable and easy to care for fabric. Great for cold days with a cuddly blanket on top. Super beautiful dog bed!

Very satisfied
Can be easily kept clean all year round, which is a huge plus! :) On particularly cold days we use a blanket with it.

Good bed and very comfortable
My dog is very satisfied with this bed. He likes to lie in it and can spread out. When he has to reorient himself, the fabric does rustle a bit, but it's not too bad.
It's quite heavy, which makes it practical because he can't carry it around like his old bed.
