Better than expected
I am well pleased with this stand. It can support full dishes without tilting or rattling. My pet greyhound is happy with the height. The frame is painted with hammer-finish paint and there is no evidence of rust. At £17.99 it's very good value. A method of use was soon developed, taking advantage of the bowl lock. It's easy to move one-handed, holding the top of the pillar, which is a benefit for me in my small kitchen. It's the best twin bowl stand I've encountered in over 20 years.

Rubbish
Fell to bits almost immediately,
Tried tying it all together and then supergluing. The latter lasted a few weeks and that too gave way, so I threw the whole thing in the garden where it lies awaiting removal to the local metal recycling.

Very good quality product
Quality product, way better than the £17 one I previously bought and returned to pets at home.
Highly recommend.

not strong enough
bought the largest size. The screw part is not strong enough to hold up the two bowls when they have water in them and it just falls down.

Poor quality
The bowls do not stay steady, if you have water in one bowl and food in the other the bowls will tip towards the water bowl. The clamp that is supposed to steady the bowls even when fully tightened doesn't clamp the stand, unfortunately you pay a cheap price you get poor quality.

Good value
I cant see how to edit a review? Before I assembled it I didn't realise the retaining lugs were on a separate fitting and are removable. However the problem with the lug and getting the bowl in isn't a problem, leave that bit off or remove it and replace it when refilling and washing the bowls . Seems reasonably good value to me.

Design change
The retaining lug next to the central pole is absent ,I ordered it thinking no worries based on other comments it can come off with a grinder :) The small hook on the outside presents no problem in as much as I fitted the loop upside down. So the only worries I had are resolved . I would recommend the product .

Don't know what the problem is!
I bought this for my Lurcher cross Deerhound do not a lightweight dog. Can't understand why some have criticised it for being "thin" or having " poor quality paintwork". As for the wrong bowl retainers being female and not male, try taking the fitting off and reversing it!!
Mine stands sturdy and holds the bowls firmly. If someone wants all stainless steel then they must be prepared to pay a lot more!

Dog stand and bowls
Very simple to put together, good design. To get the bowls out all you need to do is turn one screw half a turn raise the bracket up and lift the bowls out, you do not tip the bowls.I bought this product for my greyhounds so it had to be strong,I was not disappointed. The finish in my opinion is excellent and it took less than a minute to put together.Highly recommended.

Look at alternative
Very poor paint and has gone ,and the stand is now very rusty would not recommend, if I could get my money back I would look for a stainless steel stand

Quality not quite there.
Firstly I was given two "female" fixings for trapping the bowls so no matter what combination you use you don't get the symmetry of fixings shown. Secondly, the bowls are paper thin and I suspect the merest knock will leave a dent and thirdly and most annoying of all is the finish on the plastic turn wheels is so bad that I almost tore the skin off my fingers trying to tighten them up. A great idea spoiled for me.

Suited for purpose
Good quality stainless steel bowls. Bought mainly for the stand, which is a bit flimsy despite having tighten clips on! Still standing 1 year after buying it, so not too bad.

Great but not perfect
Sturdy enough for a boisterous Newfie pup and will 'grow' with her. However you can't fill the bowl to the top with water as you need to tilt the bowl to place it on the stand. Other than that very pleased with my purchase and well worth the money.

I like it!
I like it so much! I want to buy it for my lovely dog. I read a lot information about pet bowls. I saw a good review at the topreviews.best and now I can make my choice and I know what features are most important.

Pretty good
Bought this product almost a year ago and still looks great ans serves it's purpose. It could be a bit more sturdy.

Great value bowl set
I've had one these for several years now and the bowls still scrub up like new and the stand was easy to fix together and stable.

mixed feelings
The plus points to this dog feeder are that the height is adjustable suiting various dog sizes and it will not easily tip over.
The negative points are that the bowls need to be tipped in order to secure them in the clip - bad for water! Also the extra clip to hold the bowls in place is (to my mind) superfluous and needs to be removed each time the bowls are removed.
However, the price was reasonable.
