Superb if used carefully
Wonderful for breaking up and removing mats and tangles. I find it works best if just using very short strokes over the surface of the mat to start with. Gradually the mat breaks up and starts to come out until you can comb right throughout the coat. Also strips out all the excess hair for example no the back of my cocker spaniels forelegs.

Dog grooming delight
Its saved a fortune in professional dog grooming.
When matted my dog wont be brushed by me
but with this she is comfortable and she turns out fluffy!

Good for long haired cats
Perfect for my triple coated Siberian. Doesn’t solve the problem for big mats but small ones are no trouble. Best used for maintainable rather than mat removal

Fantastic!
I used other dematters before but that one is an absolute winner so far. I used it yesterday on my long hair German Shepherd and it removed tonnes of my dog's white fluff :-)

No more matts!
This is the first de matter I have tried and it is absolutely brilliant! Very easy to use and extremely comfortable to hold. I have a Cavachon whose hair is like cotton wool and he is a non shedding breed resulting in underlying matts. This sorted the problem within minutes. Highly recommended.

Excellent Product
Bought this as I have a very large long haired dog with a double coat,I found it very comfortable to use with the gel handle it went through the undercoat nicely through tangled areas and doesn"t damage the top coat...Just what I wanted.
