I adopted a 10yr old dog from abroad in Jan. Her teeth were caked in thick tartar, and I was surprised she was able to eat properly. After 2.5 weeks of this (a few in her meals), some chicken wrapped twists, + only 2 fishskin rolls, it's all broken off revealing good teeth underneath. The nuggets are HUGE, but she manages them fine. I cannot be certain which has been most effective, but I'd recommend giving them a go. Just 10% of their diet is enough to make a difference, says a vet friend.

I use these as treats. It works so so well. I recently rescued a dog and his teeth were pretty brown. After 4 months the whole thing is gone. Disappeared. His teeth are white again.
