Charity of the Month
Every month, zooplus.co.uk teams up with a British pet charity to give you the chance to help animals that are not as lucky as your own. You collect zooPoints each time you shop at zooplus and these zooPoints can be donated to the nominated charity in our Reward Shop. At the end of the partnership, we convert your generous zooPoints donations into a fantastic parcel of food and accessories for our chosen animal charity.

Animal Charity Discount
zooplus offers registered charities and shelters a 10% discount on all orders of £59 or more. Simply send in an electronic copy of the charitable status of your shelter/organisation to become a member.
Thousands of animals find themselves in distress or without a home each year. Thankfully, animal shelters and charities are there to help these animals in need. zooplus commends the work of these fine organisations and offers recognised charities and shelters a 10% discount on all orders starting at £59.
How do you become a member?
Please send the following information via our contact form:
- Name of shelter or organisation
- Annual number of animals to provide for
- Registered charity number
- An electronic copy of the charitable status of your shelter/organisation

After Registration
After your registration has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming your membership in the zooplus Animal Charities Discount programme.
When making your next purchase at zooplus, login using the email address and password that you entered for your Animal Charities Discount programme registration. Your personal data will automatically appear for each order.
For technical reasons, the Animal Charities Discount programme is linked only to the email address used for registration. Unfortunately, it is not possible to credit you with a discount retrospectively.
The 10% Animal Charities discount will be applied automatically to all orders with a total value of £59 and over.
Your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours and will be delivered free to the specified GB mainland address*. (* Not all postcodes qualify for free shipping. See Shipping & Delivery for detailed information.)
Please note that you cannot combine any other coupons or discounts with the Animal Charities Discount.
