Cats seemed happy
I hate having to buy pouches but so hard to find cheaper tinned cat food now so this is the best deal for 3 cats I could find. They've all eaten it so must be okay.

Fab for fussy eaters!
I have 5 cats who eat wet meat and have always had to buy multiple types of meat to keep them all happy but each one of them eats all flavours in this box! Bowls licked clean every time!

A huge NOPE
I've got 4 cats, 2 of which will eat anything, but unfortunately none of them will touch it.
They lick off the jelly and leave the meat.
Waste of money for me.
I even chucked it out for my visiting hedgehogs, watched them on the CCTV and they left it too.

Love the XXL BOX
Only the Catessy XXL 144 Pouches is Athena..you can tell by the flavours, the smaller boxes are not..all 3 cats love these pouches in jelly, fantastic value..just go out of stock for a few weeks too regularly so buy 2!!

Cats dont eat the meat
I have been trying to find an economic brand for my cats since I noticed a difference in the recipe for Whiskas. I decided to buy this brand, and my cats don't like it. They will lick the sauce or gravy, and leave the rest. So, waste of my money, very disappointed and won't be buying again.

Has the recipe changed?
My 3 Cats used to love the sauce version but the last recent batch didn't go down well with them at all. They still love the jelly and vegetable ones though.

Hmmmmm
PROS
The sauce is nice and thin, perfect bite size pieces and the sachets openly easily and cleanly making the serving process seamless.
CONS
Some of the sachets inside both boxes I bought had leaked and stuck about 15 sachets together, lost a total of 10 sachets to these ruptures (rancid smell because of them too). 3 or 4 of the sachets per box had barely a tablespoon of food in them, so not sure how they are portioning these in production, but it doesnt work!

Cat loves it
My cat isn’t too fuzzy but she loves this food and eats it so fast. great for the money and doesn’t smell too strongly of cat food so thumbs up

Not gloopy thick gravy
Catessy pouches are wonderful, the packets are easier than other brands to open fwith my arthritic hands, and the sauce is thinner than certain brands gravy, so you don’t spend ages trying to squeeze the product out. One of my cats has come off Hills ZD tins and can eat this without any problems. This brand is a win win win.
