One of Only 2 Products Our Cat will eat.
We have a very fussy cat, he will eat these and the Purina mousse. Good value compared to supermarket prices.

Senior cats
This is great for my senior cats they struggle with food if not small so I recommend this pate.

I have been trying to buy this product for 2 months and its out of stock all the time, my cat is 16 years old and this is the only one he will eat ,why can't you get it back in stock.

Great for sick or fussy cats
My cat Ruby has suffered for a few months with dysphagia (trouble swallowing) triggered by neurological FIP. This food was easy for her to get down and she always seemed to like it! Very good option for fussy cats or cats that suffer with swallowing issues or dental problems. Absolute saviour!!

Cats eat it all up, no waste!
Have two dentally challenged senior cats, one with recurring oral ulcers. This is one of the few cat foods that he can eat comfortably but it is expensive. Zooplus saver packs make it affordable, so am happy to pay a bit more. Buying cheaper cat food but seeing most of it end up in the bin seems like a false economy. Both cats are, thus far, eating it all up!

Smells and looks disgusting. My cats love it
I tried to inject a bit of variety with this month's order, and tried other brands - some that were vastly more expensive and which looked like real meat. My two acted like I was trying to poison them. Purina gold pate seems to be their thing for the moment.

Pate variety is awful
The pate variety of Gourmet Gold literally makes one of my cats vomit, badly. After one meal, he was sick for 2 days. I gave him the chunksfor couple of weeks and he was fine, tried it again; within an hour he vomited. Use Applaws now, no issues at all.

Pate a no go
Very disappointed - we ordered the Gourmet Birthday pack that has mixed tins of Gourmet and we are unable to use half of them!
Our cat has maybe 2 or 3 licks of the pate and leaves it. The same with all the other flavours of pate in the tins. So will not be ordering any more of any pate.

Success at last
We have a very fussy British short hair. She just licks any sauce or jelly off chunky food and even kitten food. She will eat some dry foods but only those with small pieces. She loves this pate and purrs when eating it. Portion size is good too because she eats most of it and it’s not hang8ng around stinking the house out

it has been a battle of the wills between myself and lily (my cat). lily is a grazer and never eats a full meal. she had become very unhappy with her dry food diet, so i tried several wet ones, but was not fussed. introducing gourmet gold chicken, it looks as if there is no going back, as she absolutely loves it; fur ball is a very happy customer!!

My cat loves Gourmet Gold. She always cleans the plate. Very happy and the price isn't too bad either!

It disappears in no time!
So all my cats just love this and the other pate recipes. Its great for adding a bit of extra water or other medicines. No chewing involved (lets face it we would all prefer not to bother) The only downside.....its gone in minutes!
