Does not work well.
Fairly soon after buying our first one about 12 years ago we discovered that it doesn't really work as they lead you to believe. And soon the grating ended up being removed and it was just used as a big enclosed litter box. Worse if your tom sprays backwards it can end up in the groove around the edge, ready to moisten your fingers when you tip the box to expose the clumps. At least they changed the bloody fiddly latches...

We bought one in 2017
After a couple of years it's still working great. We're very happy with it. The trick is to find a clumping litter works well with it and ensure there is enough of it (above the minimum level). That's it.

I guess it does the job but I wouldn't say scoop free or any easier than scooping
I bought this tray thinking I would never have to scoop again. I question if it is actually any easier than scooping. -grid comes off when tipping -wee sticks to bottom so have to scoop it off - too much litter and it ends up in the tray - too little litter you have a smeared box - if the mess is at the back you have to tip it forwards to get it in the tray or it gets stuck behind tray - tray started coming out when tipping -mess smeared on the lid. -grid hard to clean -so slow to tip both way

Rubbish
Bought this to make life easier but it doesn’t work at all you still spend all your time scooping out the litter anyway. Would not buy or recommend!

Now got 2 of them
As i use 2 litter trays. Once i put down this one they would no longer use there other one. So i had to purchase a second of these. They are so much better i even got one for my daughters cats. Zooplus are by far the best price for these.

Brilliant
Over time we have added to our cat family, and our number of these litter boxes. We now have 5 indoor cats and 6 litter boxes! They are so easy to empty each night that even my husband can do it! We use World's Best (red) litter and there is no nasty 'lime' build up in the bottom. Two of the cats are very large Maine Coons and I would have liked an even bigger box for them, but they manage. Highly recommend this product.

Cheaply made rubbish
This is actually a fantastic design, but recent changes to the design leave the litter drawer too short. This results in only half of the dirty litter being left in the box, forcing the owner to waste extra time scooping or sweeping through litter filled with cat droppings. Such a shame because the previous model was damn near perfect and lasted over 10 years. New one is complete rubbish.

Amazing 30 second clean
Love this Box. Have had for a year. Our cat is now over 5kg...so glad we got the big one. We spray with a non stick spray when we do the big clean out, and have now perfected the empty in less than 30 seconds. Roll, pull out scoop, bag the waste and we‘re done. We make sure we have enough litter in so the wee doesn’t stick to the bottom, so no snacking the bottom of box needed. We use a non clumping litter and rarely have issues with smells. Love it after a year of use...one box, one cat.

Worst buy ever
Might be ok for single cat households but this was just an expensive waste of time I'm my opinion I actually threw it out and went back to the usual litter trays

Leaks
Litterbox is bulky but the cats do not have much space in it, due to the rounded area and the scoop that gets in their way. The design suggests that you need to spin this litterbox in order to clean it, how ever the two halves don't fit together well enough and so it leaks. Even with the very clumpy litter there are still streams of urine that end up all over the box and floor. The cats really hated it after it's first few uses.

Excellent piece of kit
I (well, my cats) have been using this for a few weeks now and it works exactly as described. Easy to assemble and use and it does a brilliant job. It even works with the cheapest clumping (clay) litter I could find although I daresay it would be even better with more expensive stuff.

Good design idea, very poor quality
This is almost a good product. The design idea is good but the build quality is very poor. Where the grill piece bends split very early on, meaning the grill doesn't stay in place a lot of the time when "scooping". the top and bottom sections don't fit together that well so when turning it, litter tends to leak out onto the floor.

Great concept but too small
A lot of the clumps are too big to be caught in the drawer so you have to fish them out anyway. My cat is tortashell and quite small despite this she struggles and a couple times the mess gets on her fur when she climbs out. Overall if it was 50% bigger would work a treat as it is I'm buying a replacement.

Ok - at first
I got one of these trays to try and save myself some work as I have 9 indoor cats and 10 litter trays. It performed as described, at first, although I found that, when topping it up, I needed to go through the remaining litter with a scoop to remove a few smaller lumps that escaped being filtered out. However, after a week of use, I noticed that the top part of the plastic filter grille, where it bends over to fit in the tray, started to crack, on the fold, at both ends, allowing clean litter to pass through into the drawer when it was rolled. This meant either losing a lot of unused litter when dumping the waste, or losing time scooping the waste out of the drawer to save the unused litter, and defeating the purpose of the tray. I have a replacement on the way, to see if this was a one-off fault, but if it develops the same fault, it will, unfortunately, have to be consigned to the dump which is less than ideal for a tray that cost the best part of €50.

Flimsy, but does the job.
It works, with a bit of effort - if something is stuck to the bottom you got to shake/rattle the box a bit, then it'll come lose alright and roll into the compartment. However, the locks on the side are few, and they are flimsy, so you got to be cautious to not accidentally open them. With proper locks I'd give it 5 stars, with the flimsy ones I don't trust that this will last.

Makes my life easy
Used this nearly 4 yrs now, I used clumping litter Professional Classic Cats which works very well with it, I have tried 5 different ones. I found at first the filter kept lifting but realised that part was not inserted correctly around the top edge. Don't roll too fast, as you will get good litter in disposal tray. I empty before I go to bed every night and if you bang the bottom slightly all clumps fall off. If you do not filter regular the clumping litter will stick hard to the base. I have the litter champ too so easy to dispose of and keep odour under control. No more digging for nuggets! Yay and not so bad if someone comes in to look after cats if you are away.

Don't waste your money
I bought this litter tray as I have two cats that stay in a lot and I was tired of constantly shovelling used litter and getting dust everywhere. This invention sounded like a great idea. However, even though it looked a bit of an eye sore in my kitchen, I found that the grate inside kept coming apart every time I rolled it over so I ended up with a 'jug' full of litter and not just the used stuff, plus the clumps of urine stayed stuck to the bottom of the litter tray itself most of the time and didn't empty so I was constantly having to remove the top to clean it out manually which kind of defeats the object. I tried all sorts of clumping litter too but to no avail. I've now thrown it away out of sheer frustration in favour of purchasing an ordinary litter tray which looks better, the cats like it better and I use low dust, bio-degradable, clumping litter so I like it better too. I'd say don't waste your money on this litter tray as it simply doesn't work.

Excellent - Worth Every Penny
Love this litter tray. Been using it for about 2 years now and it's still in great condition. I use Worlds Best Multi Cat litter and I'm very happy with the way it works in the tray. I generally roll to clean about 3 times a day and give it a full clean in disinfectant/ hot water fortnightly. Sometimes there is some litter stuck to the bottom which I just wipe over with an antibacterial wipe. I add an extra scoop of litter each day to replace the litter that's been removed (I tip dirty contents of drawer into a nappy sack to discard). All in all a great product which makes cleaning easy and looks better than an open tray. Definitely recommend!
