Important information: As an added safety measure to support any cat tree as well as to prevent it accidentally tipping, we recommend using a wall bracket to secure the cat tree. Please check the product regularly for any damage, loose joints or screws and replace the item when it becomes defective to avoid any harm coming to your pet.
Tips for fixing to the wall: Check that the condition of the wall in the desired place is suitable before affixing brackets to the wall. Materials for mounting brackets are not included. We recommend that you purchase screws and wall plugs that are specifically designed to suit your wall from a specialised shop. Use special wall plugs and screws for concrete, hollow walls or plasterboard. Check the stability of the cat tree before allowing your cat to use it. Check the stability regularly and tighten the screws when needed.

Easy assembly
Our kittens haven’t attempted to sit at the very top yet. But they love all the other aspects of this cat tree. It was easy to assemble and lightweight. I’m not sure of the longevity of the tree since the top didn’t seem that sturdy, but we just needed something for our kittens to scratch and play with when we brought them home. The tree is very soft and easy to clean since the top cushion can be removed.

Great product
Just rescued a cat so unsure what he was used to playing & sleeping on. This is a great starter tree and is nice & stable. He’s still not using the scratch post as well as I would like, but it has everything a cat could want.

Easy to assemble and the cats have started to use it straight away. A sturdy product and really great it has a washable bed on the top. Love it!

Design Flaw, not a standalone Tree
My boys cant get to the top stand. I either have to lift them up onto it, or they have to use my book shelf to get on top. Its either an addon piece for another tree or its designed very badly.It certainly doesn't flow.
The cat it was bought for, nearly broke his back getting off of it last night. I do not recommend, cheaper it maybe but its not cheerful.

Best buy
Had this for a couple years now & my cat still adores it.He is very fussy & for first 6 months he didn't use it at all.Now it's used daily.He sits on top looking out the window, hides in the bottom with his toys & adores the top scratching post which has stopped him scratching elsewhere in the house.The top cover had to be removed, made the top too small and hard to access but he's happy without it & in warm weather will sleep on top without the cover.He's a very long cat & it works for him.

My kitten loves his new climbing tree. He spends most of his time playing with it or snoozing on the bed on the top shelf.

Shame you can’t buy replacements
No fault at all with this product I only gave 4 stars because you don’t do replacement scratch posts. In this day and age where recycling is so important it’s silly that to replace the rope on the posts myself would cost more than buying a new one. If you did replacement posts I would happily buy them but rope to replace them would be more than £40!!

Exactly as expected
Our kitten absolutely loves this! Great size and easy to put together. Seems sturdy enough and we have had it for about 3 weeks.

Major Flaw
Product is great value for money. It is fairly sturdy and this is important as I have a large cat. It was easy to put together. However, major flaw is that my cat can not get to the top as the top and middle platform are similar lengths and width. This means my cat does not have enough room to jump up. Very disappointing as this was the main reason why I purchased this item.

Not happy
I tend to go by reviews.... Most said product was good for price. Size wise is OK but too light. My 2 girls aren't huge and I don't feel its safe, even with a cat only rolling around on top bed. The bed very hard to get to fit... Oh well I should remember... You get what u pay for

Great tree.
I ordered this based on previous reviews and having done my research this was the best value for money but having had numerous trees in the past I was still sceptical about the quality.
Delivery was prompt. Ordered Tuesday delivered Thursday by yodel. The quality is exceptional. The height is ideal. The tree having a wide and sturdy base is great as I have a larger than average cat and he went straight to it, had a scratch and a sniff then jumped up to the top for a wee snooze. Seal of approval

Hi I've just received this tree it is very good value for the money my little girl loves it. The only problem is that the top part she can't get onto because the top platform is too big and the bottom too small not enough room too back up and jump onto

Cats are in love
My two 7-month-old kittens spend most of their time on this. They love it. However, I recommend leaving the cushioned cover from the top off, as they couldn't climb up when it was on as they couldn't grip on to it. Once I took that off they loved it.

Great
Very good quality and sturdy cat tree. My two cats always take it in turns to be at the top. The sisal posts are high so great if you have larger cats. One slight issue is once the padded cover is put on the top it's a little hard for the cats to get up to the top level so iv put it next to the sofa to make it easier for them the get up. Light grey as per the description :)

Excellent
Very sturdy and the cat loves it and plays continuously on it. She cant get onto the top level yet though.
It is a pale brown not grey, but we are very happy with it

Not light grey
This came yesterday as I wanted it to match another grey tree I purchased. I would not say it's light grey more a very light brown.
It does wobble a little in comparison to the other tree but not awful like other trees I've had which just fall over. My cats love the top seat and great that it can be washed. Defo a good product not cheap like some, just a shame about the colour.
