Poor design
The hopper which contains the food slots loosely onto the base and does not lock in. This is easily dislodged and the food falls all over the place.

Rubbish
Top comes off base far too easily.
Also, bear in mind, you're paying a hefty markup for something which is essentially a penny piece of plastic.

Doesn’t stay together
The food holder just pops out by itself. doesn’t clip and and slowly lifts itself out
