Diabetes mellitus promotes oxidative stress, which can lead to chronic complications. A high level of antioxidants helps combat this. A synergistic antioxidant complex of vitamin C, vitamin E, lutein and taurine helps to neutralize free radicals and provides active cell protection.

Excellent food
With a diabetic dog it is hard to find the right dog food, it is really difficult. I personally found this one is very very good, he eats it happily and we've had no health problems! Great, would recommend!

Recommendable
The vet recommended I try a different brand for diabetic dogs, but my dog Maggie wouldn't eat it so we were advised to try this one instead. Maggie is delighted with this food and we'll continue to use it. We love it, and zooplus gives us great service. I'll buy from them again.

Royal Canin Diabetic
My little dog had suffered from diabeted mellitus for about 3 years and I must say that this food, along with her daily insulin, are a sure-fire way to keep her blood sugar levels stable. They seem to be very appetizing and she eats without any issues. Recommended!

Small and tasty
My dog was diagnosed with diabetes a week ago. my vet ordered the kibble and the dog adores it. She is not a difficult dog but still needs a kibble that is not too large because too large croquettes irritate her throat. This fits perfectly. I have a fox dog who weighs 9kg and is of medium build. I think I'll become a customer of this site to order this food regularly.
