We always had the doors and windows open for our cats but then some strays kept coming in and eating their food and spraying everywhere. So we decided to get a cat flap. Needed to be one that could read microchips so it's selective about the cats coming in. Looked like petsure was the best brand. Thought about getting the cheaper flap but I'm really pleased I got this one. I love knowing of my girls are in or out. Plus I can give access to a pet sitter too. The flap was easy to install in the door, and the hub simple to set up via the app, then all connections and pet profiles. The curfew times work well for our cats as they are still getting used to being allowed outside. The cats were nervous of the release ‘click’ the first few times, but have quickly gotten used to it. I cannot yet speak to the battery life of the flap (having installed four Duracell batteries).

I reluctantly shelled out for this product under the impression that I could set a schedule per cat. Can't do that. Then tried to set a schedule to keep cats out once out at night (to stop them bringing dead things home). Can't do that. I had to cut a massive hole in my door, install the cat flap and the app to discover all of the above so can't return it. Now I have a reminder every night to push a button on an app to lock the cats out. Could have done that manually for 10% of that price.

The hub arrived but no cat flap!

I am so glad I brought this for my two cats. This is an upgdrade to a smaller microchip cat flap so they are more comfortable through it. The app telling me which cat is in and out is a peice of mind as when we go away we leave the cats at home with someone coming to feed them. At least we both know that they are coming back and not gone missing.

We (a professional licensed cattery), had to replace our 7yr old sureflap microchip catflap, at a cost of either £80 for the original flap or £140 for the remote (app) controlled flap, so we went for the new one. Not at all disappointed, :) I can lock my cats in from the comfort of my bed (or let them out ;) ), it's sooooooo clever and fun! Didn't NEED it at all, but goodness, do i LOVE IT!

We have had this connected cat flap for 3 months and absolutely love it. We upgraded from the sureflap microchip cat flap and are so happy with this new product. Fitting was pretty straight forward and the set up of the internet side of things was easy, seamless and has worked perfectly since installation. It is so reassuring to be able to monitor our cats comings and goings no matter where we are. A Definite Five Stars from us

We installed this flap for our cat and it works great. You get messages on your phone, if and when your cat leaves and enters the house. The flap is of good quality and locks out any unwanted animals without a matching chip. I would buy it again!

Since I travel a lot for work, sometimes overnight, this flap is a great addition to my home. Now I know even when I'm away if my cats are ok and if they are safe at home. Super easy to install and I've had no problems with the Connect - everything worked the first time!
