My cat broke within 30 mins

The sound function is not working after playing less than 3 mins

ordered it and it looks like the picture however it came to us broken. the stick was bent in several places and on the verge of snapping despite there being enough space in the box.

This cat toy specified sound included bought 3 but not 1 worked

3 cats, all with very different ideas about what makes a good toy and occasional overlapping interests. Dangler toys tick the box for all 3 normally. Not this time. All 3 are terrified of the high pitched noise this thing makes and couldn't get out of the room quick enough. .

Toy is very loud, impossible to cope. Also it is set too sensitive, noice starts even if somebody walks close. Cat is not interested.

the noise attracts cat's attention, but we really cants play more than a minute as it is really noisy! Also, the cat gets cautious in playing with it as the sound is loud.

I have bought this toy before for my cat, he absolutely loved it although the sound chip didn't last that long. But this time I bought the pack of 3 and two of them did not make any sound at all! The quality has also gone down - they are smaller and of poorer construction, and the pole is half the length it was before. My cat is still having fun trying to chase them but I don't think they will last very long before they fall apart. Disappointing.
