I have four cats and they adore the tunnel. The rigid tunnel part is a little less robust so agree with others if they went heavy on this for scratching it may not last. That said ideally cats should have a myriad of scratching options. The brush surprised me but the cats all love it for scratching their faces and appear to enjoy the sensation of biting it. I don’t really write reviews but the love my cats have for this item prompted me to write one.

My second one has just gone to the dump. The problem is that the sisal scratch mat on top of the entrance arch is too small & as it’s surrounded by soft material, the plush cover is soon ripped to pieces exposing the cardboard. The entrance arch would be so much better if it was completely covered with sisal. The tunnel is excellent

My cat took to it straight away. Well made, the tunnel is long and looks cozy, the extra bit of tunnel is well made, descent size with a scratch pad on top and a massage brush on the end. Value for money

if you tighten the base to the scratch post too tight, the screws come out the other end and will scratch your flaw. So if you don't tighten it that much, the scratch post rocks because it's not tight enough. Whoever designed this wasn't the smartest cookie. The tunnel is fine, but save your money and buy a tunnel without this silly bit.

Too thin - can feel the metal through the material - not as good as a different similar tunnel I purchased from here

Easy to put together, my 2 Ragdolls and Siamese love this, play in it for hours, they also have a blue similar one which they run about in from one to get other

My Maine coon loves it! She’s guarding it though and won’t let my other cats near it.

Not a bad item..but the brush part I had to take off as my cats were afraid of it..also the tunnel itself is not fixed to the scratch tunnel.so keep coming apart.when my indoor raggie plays in it..also if u have an out door cat that lies and sleeps in it..the colour is not good as I’ve only had it a month and it gets extremely dirty..which isn’t great..as it’s not washable..which is a shame..as the tunnel is big and spacious ..

Bought this for my cats for Christmas, they love it and play with it a lot.

My furry monster is very fussy with toys, and also he is a big boy, so I was worried not only whether he will like it but also if he will fit inside. Tunnel is very spacious though, and he absolutely loves it! Additionally, with two strategically placed holes I can easily reach inside to play with him. The brush at the entrance is a great idea as well, he uses it on the daily basis as well. Overall - I can honestly recommend it, also for the big cats.

Lots of fun for my furry babies! I’ve spent hundreds £ on cat accessories. My cats don’t care about most of their “belongings” but they love the tunnel!

My kitten loves jumping in, on and around this, hours of fun and great for scratching too! I have them as two separate parts

My two kittens love this, it’s perfect for ambushing each other and one of them likes to take an after dinner nap in it. The tunnel does crunch like a bag of crisps when walked through which was a surprise at first as no mention of this in the description but my cats didn’t mind. Would be nice if the scratch mat part of the fixed tunnel covered the whole thing so the fabric around the edges didn’t get destroyed. Cannot comment about effectiveness of the brush as my two haven’t figured out yet.

I wasn't sure what to expect as never used the company before, tunnel came and brilliant really good quality and soft inside unlike some. cats played with box to stat with as they do and then by late afternoon both in it. would seriously recommend

The small scratch pad on top of the hard tunnel is surrounded by very soft material. Within the week the area around it had been caught by claws & was ripped to shreds causing the lining to come away on top & inside. We had to throw that part away because the loose fluffy material was everywhere & getting in the kitten's mouth. We now just have the main tunnel & a flat board with the brush attached. If there had been no scratch area or it covered the whole top, it would have been a great product

I just knew as soon as I saw this Mr Perkins would love this tunnel & how right I was. He charges through it like an express train which is why I chose this tunnel as it's the longest one I could find, dives in and out of the holes, attacks the hanging balls and chills out in it. Only had it a month & he's made sure I've had my monies worth out of it already. It's been an instant hit as soon as I brought it home for him. Lovely design, excellent quality. Another fab product from Zooplus.

Cats love it! Can be used as one big tunnel or separately. Only complaint was they wouldn't use until I removed the cellophane from the inside ends as it made a lot of noise and frightened them.

Cats seem pleased and the blind fellow took to it as soon as it was unboxed. The rigid scratch portion is not very well secured as it "rocks" badly and will require some DIY wedges to stabilize, hence the 3 start rating - otherwise would have been more.

Nala loves the tunnel. She is only 4 months old and sleeps in it during the day. She does play with the balls that were supplied.
