Relaxed cat
Our usually quite playful 1.5-year-old BKH mix girl loves watching and listening to this toy. She doesn’t really play with it, though. However, the sound of the feather (which is also quite pleasant for humans) seems to really calm her down, so she listens intently and then drifts off to sleep. Still a purchase recommendation from us.

Well received, but room for improvement
My very picky cat has taken to it really well. However, I do think it spins quite quickly and fear the spring might not last very long. Still, it provides good entertainment for now.
It would be great if it had a built-in timer, for example, turning on for 15 minutes every 2 hours. That way, it would ensure regular activity even when you're not around.

Goes down well
Our cats were a bit sceptical at first, but now they enjoy playing with it. Unfortunately, the longer part of the feather was "lost" quite quickly, but even with the remaining part of the feather, it's still an interesting toy.

Favourite toy
I also thought that the feather spins way too fast... but one of my cats has a completely different opinion. It quickly became his favourite toy. He could sit in front of it for hours, sticking his paws through the holes 😄 The sound of the spinning feather was enough to send him into a playful frenzy!
Unfortunately, it only lasted a few weeks. Now the feather is so short that it can’t be caught anymore, so I’m deducting one star. Will probably order it again.

Need replacement feathers
Cats all love it, especially Ragnar who is quite destructive and has destroyed the feathers. Replaced them with some I found at work (I work in a theatre) but he has destroyed them again. Not the toy's fault, just a very destructive kitty.

Super!
All three of my tomcats are still playing with this toy even after 3 years. Unfortunately, our youngest has now managed to destroy the feather. It's a shame you can't buy a replacement feather. Normally, I wouldn't give any points because of that, but since it was such a hit and lasted quite a while, I'm only deducting 1 point!

Adapt it for best use
Once I stuffed things into it to stop the feather whizzing around so quickly, my cat loved it (scrunched up ball of tissue paper, little foil balls, toy birds). It means the feather stops and starts more often, rather than going around so quickly. Putting little treats inside really helps keep the interest going longer too.

Hidden button
It took 3 adults an hour to find the button on the side. Same colour as the toy and flush with the side so v hard to detect. Our cat played with this for ages so we’re rationing her for now

Lovely toy

Super great toy AAAABUUUUT.....
Finally, a toy that keeps cats hooked for good :-) My Maine Coons absolutely love it! But unfortunately, at some point, the feather gets plucked, and there really should be an option to buy replacements... such a shame, hence 1 point deducted.

My cat loves it, but!!!!!!
My three were absolutely wild about the toy, but when I turned it off, there was non-stop whining from the cats!!!!! I just find it very, very disappointing that you can't replace or reorder the feather! Within three days, the entire feather was plucked out!!!! I'm giving 4 stars because it's a great toy and really fun, but for the price, you should be able to replace the feather! I had to throw it away, as otherwise, it’s useless! Such a shame!
