The food comes in little chunks which my 18 year old cat loves as they are so much easier to eat compared to big ones. Also, they are of an easy-to-chew texture, so what I have noticed, my cat is not trying to move it around the mouth. He just loves it.

My cat is very fussy as he's not well but these went down reasonably well and the smaller size makes them more suitable for cats who have less teeth.

My youngest cat really likes these biscuits, but I really don't want either of my cats eating products containing meat or animal derivatives. I hope they, and other companies, will do a fish version of Renal/Kidney cat and dog biscuits.

My lovely girl has had renal problems for a few years now.She went off Royal canin but she likes hills renal biscuits and these so I vary it so she doesn't get bored with the same food she also likes the wet renal food in the katovit, chicken and duck is her favourite. It would be nice though if they were in smaller bags say '500g' to keep it fresher, as I would buy this that way.

our old Maine Coon now needs a renal diet, and is used to biscuits, so I tried this based on reviews, price, plus knowing that in the past she has turned her nose up at the likes of Hills. Well, suitably impressed as she immediately took to them, in fact loves them, and as they're so small she doesn't seem to have regurgitated as much (she is toothless almost) but most importantly, she has perked up, quite noticeably healthwise, even put a little weight back on!

Thank you to all the kind people who took the trouble to leave reviews for this product. I read them, bought the product and am so pleased with it. The kibbles are quite flat and thin - my elderly exotic shorthair cat has a very small mouth and her flattened face makes it harder for her to pick up food. These kibbles must also taste good - as with other reviewers, I tried all the well known brands but all were rejected by her. Thank you Zooplus for giving us an excellent product.

So I'm writing this hoping that the biscuits are always this size and shape, because I know they can vary. First of all, my cat loved them; second, she could manage them with no teeth. They are slim, almost like a wafer, which is nicer on gums that don't need rock hard marble like kibbles. And they smell like cat food :) I posted a pic compared to Royal Canin Renal too.

Like many people who have a cat with CKD, I was desperate for my cat to keep eating so I bought various varieties and makes of renal food dry and wet. This one had decent reviews so I bought in all flavours. It contains small square pieces of wet food in a good amount of sauce. I use it combined with Hills Renal pouches or other brands, because my cat really likes the gravy ie I warm the pouch up so the gravy is nice and liquid then I add it to a warmed pouch. I'd say it helps so try it.

Our cat was diagnosed with renal failure six months ago. We tried Royal Canin dry and soft foods initially, but she quickly went off of those. However when we tried the Kattovit she liked it immediately and has eaten this ever since.

My cat will only eat dry food and choice is further restricted because he has a sensitive stomach. When he was diagnosed with kidney problems it took ages to find a food that he both enjoyed and tolerated. It was a relief when he loved the Kattovit Kidney/Renal food and it is still his favourite 15 months later. He is looking well too.

My cat was recently diagnosed with early RF. I tried various other foods (including the kattovit wet), but it has now come down to him only wanting to eat this. It is quite wet for a dry food, which makes it appealing, although the crunch seems a little hard and I am not sure his teeth will be able to crunch this forever. I have tried mixing back in a little of the other dry foods I have to use them up (Iams / Happy Cat) and he always seeks out these and leaves the rest

I echo another reviewer! My cat loves this! In fact he prefers this to the normal brands and it fills him up more so he eats less of it so cost effective. It still has the same crunch as other brands and I give it as a treat rather than a main part of his diet. I use the tinned for his main meals. Printed off product details and took to the vet as prescription diet recomended was very expensive. He checked both products against each other and also what percentages of protein was needed to be of benefit and am pleased to say that Kattovit passed with flying colours. So much so that after being on the diet for 2 months my cat's kidney levels had improved! 1 happy and fulfilled pussy cat! No more howling because he didn't like the prescription diet and I didn't even have to introduce slowly by mixing in with other food! My cat recomends!

My eldest cat, my gentle Harvey, was diagnosed with kidney problems and I've tried so many varieties of wet and dry food to tempt his appetite - but this is his favourite! In fact, my other cats think so too and are always stealing his biscuits!!

Last January my 9 yr old cat had some teeth pulled out and his had some kidney problems after losing a bit of blood in the operation. Everything is now a lot more under control with this food. Normally I give him half normal canned cat food and half Kattovit and he seems happy, which is a definite relief for me. :)

My cat loves this food and he doesn't seem to having any problems digesting it. Mostly I scatter it over his normal canned food since that's his favourite way to eat it.
