i confess I didn't examine the dimensions of this as reviews were favourable about the size, and it is a tad smaller than I had envisioned. However, Benny, who is crazy about cardboard boxes, doesn't seem to mind - it's mostly fluff that's overflowing. He gives it a scratch before settling down too. Very sturdy and nicely finished.

My two cats loved this initially but after the scratch board was scratched up they lost interest. However it did last several months. Good value for money and it still looks nice.

It is a lovely looking bed ,well made and is used by one of my smaller cats but he is still too big for it . PLEASE manufacturers make cat beds much bigger !!!!! I must say ZOOPLUS is an excellent company and has excellent customer service , much better than one of their main rivals.

I have a 3Kg Burmese who won't touch it, probably as it is on the floor & a 6.5Kg Maine Coon (that is small for a coonie) who cannot fit more than 2/3 in - although he does give it a good go. They occasionally scratch it, but, mostly chew big lumps off it - it keeps their teeth clean I suppose! This seems to be constantly on sale too, so, don't be fooled by thinking this is a bargain.

Whilst this is a great item & my cats argue over them, it most certainly is not big enough for larger breeds. My Coonie boy who is 18 months & just 6.5 kilos, is far too long - although he tries very hard to fit, it won't take more than 3/4 of him!

My cat liked the two previous ones I bought. In my opinion the design is good but not large enough for the average cat to be comfortable! shame.

My cat hates furry plush bedding and prefers jute bags normally, especially in the summer. This bed he loved and took to straight away and ended up being the only place he liked to sleep. I have not given it 5 stars as it says it is suitable for larger cats. Not sure if this just meant adult cats, which it would be ideal for. Unfortunatly my cat is an extra large breed (mancoon) adult cat and he does not fit properly, although he does try to squeeze himself onto it. Shame they do not do a larger size that he would need.
