Our kitten like it
We have it standing in the bedroom. Our kitten barely spent time inside the barrel, but use it for scratching a lot. They often are curled up together on the pillow on top. We never had an issue with the pillow, since ours stays in place.
When both of our kitten (5 months old) lay together on the pillow they fill it out already. One adult cat alone probably has enough space on the pillow, as long as it's not a big cat.

Not the best
The cushion isnt stuck to the main barrel at all. My cat falls off every time he jumps or sits on it, meaning he has now started to stop using it. The holes are also very small so my cat won't go in them either. Only good for a scratching post.

Generally good
Generally ok but the cushion on top wouldn't stick to the velcro and is a safety issue.

Cat scratch drum
Very pleased with this cat drum received as expected 3-4 days very good cat drum no fraying sisal parts getting my new kitten this week she's going to be a very happy little girl will update photo when she's using it, excellent

Poorly finished product
Unfortunately this is an example of you get what you pay for. This is very poorly finished, almost looks like it's been used, threads hanging off. And glue all over. Padding on top lopsided too.

Fantastic. Cat loves it!
I bought this item to stop my cat scratching my furniture. It works amazing! Shes very interested in it anyway but I put catnip treats etc inside to make it smell like cat nip. She now plays in it, sleeps in it and uses it as a scratch post! Definately worth the money. Perfect size too

Lovely quality and looks good
The barrel is of great quality. I have ordered black one to match my pure black cat. She scratches it, but refuses to use as hiding/play zone. Fussy bugger.

Can tip over
It's a nice cat scratcher and my furbabies love it, however my cats are quite large and strong so I've had to mount it to stop them tipping it over. They also don't fit inside it comfortably.

Purrfect
My girl loved this straight from the box. She's been straight in and loves the bed on the top too. It's perfect height to see out of the window too, I can't fault it.

Only had this 3 days. Cat loves it, she’s happy to sleep in the top shelf looking out watching everyone

perfect for my kitten
purchased this for my little kitten as the other scratching barrel was to big for her to climb up. its the perfect size and she loves sleeping at the top of the barrel. would recommend this product instead of a scratch post if you have more than a couple of cats it actually lasts longer and its good quality

Every cat needs one!
I dont normally write reviews but i’d been searching for a cat bed for months. I wanted something off the ground that Willow can call her own. And wow am i impressed. Its bigger than I expected which is great..more play space. Willow loves it! All toys have been removed from the toy box and placed in here already... it only arrived 10 minutes ago. Money well spent! Save you sofas but this!!

Great!
My cat loved this as soon as it was opened. Even though he's on the large side he was easily able to curl up on the inner top shelf. And as said before it doesn't fall over which astonished me. He's currently curled up asleep on the very top.

Great scratching post
Our two cats immediately started scratching when we unpacked this barrel. It's quite sturdy and won't fall down by a very aggressive scratching. As a place to nest, our cats have not fully appreciated it yet after 3 weeks. It took a few weeks until our cats learned to jump up on top and relax. It looks like they now like to be up there but they still don't go inside... The top bed seems suitable for a small to medium-sized cat: it might be too small for a big cat.

Diagonal scratching barrel
Extremely pleased with this product! Good size but doesn't take up too much room. Has the seal of approval from my very large cat! He is usually very fussy with new things but straight in he went and claimed it!

my cat loves it
I am so glad I purchased it. My cat absolutely loves it (and still does after a half a year into using it). He loves lying in it, playing with it, scratch on it and climb around it, when in his crazy mood and just generally seems to love it from the first second. The only thing I would do differently is purchase it in beige instead of black, because it is covered in his white hair and hard to clean. Doesn't look as ugly as the usual scratching posts either.

My cat absolutely loves it
I have been patiently waiting until this was back in stock and am very glad I did. It is well made and my cat loves hiding in the holes.
