AI generated summary based on reviews added by customers
The shampoo receives mixed reviews. On the positive side, it's praised for being transparent, odorless, and effective in cleaning, leaving pets' fur soft and shiny. However, some users report issues like yellowish tint on white coats, inadequate dirt removal, and skin irritation, leading to scratching and hair loss. Despite these concerns, many appreciate its gentle nature and good value, recommending it for pets with less sensitive skin.

Rash and hair loss
My mixed-breed dog is usually not sensitive to her skin at all. After the first wash with this shampoo, the scratching started. She now has severely reddened skin, mainly on her belly and legs, raw scratched areas, and hair loss. I’ll probably have to take her to the vet tomorrow if it doesn’t get better. It seems quite likely that the ingredients aren’t up to scratch. Unfortunately, I was an idiot and didn’t read the customer reviews or think much about it when ordering...
I would never use this shampoo again, let alone recommend it! It’s better to spend a bit more money and have a healthy pet at home. From now on, I’ll go back to using mink oil shampoo.

Discolouration and hair loss
At first, the shampoo was good, but after repeated use, it led to increased hair loss and darker patches on our white Persian cat.

Ingredients not acceptable
I just have to leave this review here now.
Failed with an overall rating of "sufficient" in Ökotest.
The ingredients are very questionable.
I mean, it's fine that some reviewers' dogs accepted the shampoo and even smell "really great." But the health of the dog comes first. And whether that's guaranteed is doubtful.

Dandruff
My cocker is usually never sensitive, but ever since I started using this shampoo (it’s only been the last three baths), he’s been shedding flakes like crazy and constantly scratching his rear and tail, where the flakes have appeared more heavily.
I’ll be switching back to the mink oil shampoo.
