The speed of delivery is excellent but the first kennel came damaged on the very part that should keep the rain off, i.e. the roof ridge. Zooplus quickly responded with an apology and dispatched second kennel. Well what a shame this one is damaged exactly like the first but slightly worse. Now waiting to hear from Zooplus how to resolve this. I don't want a third in this condition.

Product arrived in good time, but damaged. Replacement came quickly, but damaged in same place - ridge cap broken and split- the manufacturer needs to look at its' packaging. Awaiting the third, confidence not high.
