My senior dog (15) was diagnosed with bladder stones and had gastro-intestinal problems for years. This cause him pain and distress. Since our vet advised food with biome, he has stopped having the intestinal problems and is not sick and has normal poo, not diarrhoea with blood as he used to. I would recommend this food for these poor dogs who have intestinal problems. I give the nuggets to him as a treat, so he does not feel he is missing out on treats, and give the wet food as his main food.
