Amazing
I have a sphynx boy, they usually have a sensitive stomach so we are trying to be very careful with what we buy. We are using Applaws dry food and now we bought this to try. So far so good! No bad signs physically and he just loves it.

Changed the contents
Finally found a food that my kitten with IBS can tolerate, only for them to change the contents and make her sick. Not to mention it now smells like rotten meat. 24 cans of that going on the bin another 20.99 wasted and back to searching for a food she can eat

Air inside the can and stale food
Not tried Applaws before but when they arrived the tins were full of air, although still sealed, you could rattle the food around inside the can. When opening the can half the food has turned brown and not pink like the rest.
I didn’t risk feeding my kittens this as it’s definitely not right and asked for a refund instead, which thanks to Zooplus I got.
Be careful buying this food!
I’d post a pic to show but it does allow it

Not his taste
I ordered Applows in different flavours for my kitten as I wanted to give my little one some choice but unfortunately he didn't like it. The only one he would eat was chicken flavour

Buy buy buy!
After trying lots of different meats with our kitten who has a sensitive stomach, we've found that not only does this make his stomach and bowels much more "normal", but he also loves it. Definitely prefers the chicken and tuna over the sardines! 100% would recommend this product, not just for sensitive tummies. It doesn't smell like your cheap cat food either, smells like regular meat/fish. Fantastic.

Good stuff
You can clearly see the food is good quality. There's tons of meat, little bones, all cooked and sterilised.
At first my kitten wouldn't eat it - in fact she won't eat any pates, which I didn't realise this was - this is not clearly stated on the product page.
I've since discovered she will eat these pates as long as I mix it with some other solid wet food. A teaspoon of the pate + teaspoon of solid, then mix it. Might help other people having the same problem

Kittens would not eat chicken variety
I've been buying this food for many years for my adult cats. They would generally like the food, except for some batches. They prefer tuna and one of them would not touch any other flavor. Recently I rescued 3 kittens, 5months old. They initially tried the chicken, which is easier to obtain, but I found vomit all over the floor. None of them would touch the chicken variety since, even if they were hungry, despite the fact that they love freshly cooked chicken. The chicken food does not look nice

Don't buy the mixed pack
My kitten ate the sardine once and got a terrible diarrhea for one week. And it smells disgusting! Chicken and tuna is much better, and smell better.

My cat won't touch it
I believe the main issue with this food is that it doesn't smell of anything at all, just an inert blob of cooked meats that doesn't register as food to my cat.

Young kittens can’t eat
Bought this for our new kitten who is 18 weeks old now. The food came out in a massive clump which she was unable to bite or chew to eat. Have then had to waste the rest of the food after a few attempts. I don’t know if it’s due to a recipe change or something due to the fact the cat food is brilliant. Wouldn’t recommend

The chicken has changed
My kitten used to eat the chicken but won't touch it now, have 60 cans of it!

Love!
We try to feed our kitten a good mix of fish and meat and she absolutely loves the fish cans! She will refuse other fish wet food but loves Applaws. We've tried the sardines and the tuna and they're both a hit. I like the variety because the sardines are a bit more packed and the tuna has some sauce - which is great!

Awful
My little kitten had an upset tummy and diarrhoea cause of this food. Did not have problems before but looks like it’s gone off! Will have to bin it all, what a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend.

Kittens love the variety
My kittens love all three, especially the tuna and (smelly!) sardine. I was wasting uneaten food with Felix pouches and Lily's Kitchen wet food, which they went off of. Helpful to know they need a complete dry food with this.

Chicken flavour kitten food
My kitten will not touch the chicken variety. He loves the applaws dry kitten food in chicken flavour. Will eat other brands of kitten wet food that's chicken, but would rather go hungry than touch this. Sadly left with 20 out of the 24 tins I bought in Nov as thought he might come round but no 🙁

My kittens love it!
My kittens had gone off the Lily's Kitchen kitten food, so I switched to Applaws and they love it, especially the tuna and sardine. Not as keen on the chicken, but like it if I mash it for them. Shame they don't sell large packs of the sardine on its own.

Loves loves loves this
He eats it all up but he does come looking for more and he doesn’t need it I think he just loves the flavour so much and it’s real quality meat unlike other brands, be aware this is only like an add on to what he eats he doesn’t get all his nutrients from this food so still feed almo nature kitten nuts

Excellent
My two kittens now ages between 6 and 7 months love this. Have tried all three flavours. They ate them all but weren't as fussed on the Sardine, favouring the chicken and tuna. Great supplement to the dry chicken flavoured Applaws kitten kibble.
